Laws
Historic Site - Located just outside Bishop California,
Laws Railroad musuem has an extensive collection of railroad and
mining artifacts. The original "Slim Princess" sits next
to Laws Railroad Depot.

Bodie
State Park - An original ghost town from the late 1800's.
Bodie stands today in a state of "arrested decay". There
are about 200 structures still standing in Bodie. Wonderful place
to visit. |

Sacramento - The Old Town District gives a fascinating
look into what has shaped the area, and offers a fun day about the
town for shopaholics and history buffs alike. Free parking and admission. |

Alcatraz:
San Francisco Alcatraz was the most powerful fortress
west of the Mississippi. The fortress became an official military
prison and in 1934 a federal penitentiary. Amazing SF Bay views.
