Bodie School House |

| The
Bodie School House was originally Bon Ton Lodging House in 1879,
but was later converted to a school house, after the first one was
burned down. Most of the building in Bodie are not as well preserved
as the school house. During the winter snow can get as deep as the
second story windows. Summer time Bodie is filled with visitors
enjoying this remarkable old west ghost town. |
